Lumiu has three modes. Use Chat Mode for quick answers. Use Analysis Mode to go deeper. Use Strategy Mode to generate a consulting grade report in a slide ready PDF

What happens in Strategy mode

  1. State your business problem
    Tell Lumiu what is bothering you and what decision you need to make. Add your context up front and upload any documents or data you already have.

  2. Clarify and ground the context
    Lumiu asks clarification questions, then runs quick research to understand the situation better and align with what is happening now.

  3. Review the hypothesis driven scope
    Lumiu proposes a scope of work built around hypotheses to test and the consequences of each path. You validate it or ask for changes.

  4. Run the multi agent analysis
    Lumiu executes the work using multiple agents that research, validate, challenge assumptions, and synthesize, like a consulting team (can take 30-60 minutes)

  5. Receive the report
    You get a slide ready PDF report with the recommendation, reasoning, key numbers, risks, and next steps…etc
