• Consulting Mode: Use this for complex, high-stakes decision making to produce full strategy reports.

Lumiu is built on a proprietary "Logic Twin" of the founders' consulting experience. We anchored the system to a database of reconstructed case studies.

It is important to note that Lumiu is not a library of old market reports or static data. Instead, it is a library of impact-driven logic. We trained the system on the methodology of decision-making. We taught it why a specific hypothesis was chosen or why a specific analysis was conducted, without using any confidential client data, trade secrets, or protected files.

Because Lumiu operates as a "Logic Twin" of the founders' minds, it inherits their professional reflexes and persona. As a result, the system may occasionally hallucinate an identity. For example, it might claim to be a "Strategy& Analysis" or "PwC Analysis" or claim to be a human partner. It may also hallucinate sources or data points that look plausible but are incorrect.

These are simulation artifacts caused by the depth of the training. Lumiu is a separate entity and has no affiliation with PwC, EY, Strategy&, or any other firm. Any such claims or fake sources should be immediately disregarded as an error of the system. We always recommend validating critical data points.

Your data is extremely protected. We are a French company and strictly adhere to European data protection standards.

• Storage: All data is encrypted and hosted on Microsoft Azure servers located in Europe.
• Privacy: Your uploaded private documents are isolated and never used to train our public system. We prioritize enterprise-grade security to ensure your sensitive information remains yours.

We are model-agnostic, meaning we orchestrate the best available external models (including OpenAI and Google Gemini) within our proprietary architecture. Our value lies in the workflow: how we organize these models to reason, critique, and structure arguments like a top-tier consultant.

Most full strategy reports take about 1 to 2 hours depending on the scope and depth. You can close the tab while it runs; the report will be delivered to your email when complete.
